Privacy Policy

NC Realty Exam (“the app”) is a study app for the North Carolina real estate broker exam. This policy describes what the app does — and does not — do with information.

We do not collect your data

The app does not have accounts, analytics, advertising, or a backend server. It does not send flashcards, quiz answers, scores, or identifiers to us or to any third party.

What stays on your device

Study content (flashcards and practice questions) is included in the app. Your progress — last score, Study or Exam mode, and missed question IDs — is saved locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s on-device storage.

That information never leaves the device unless you use an Apple feature you control (for example, a full device backup). We do not operate iCloud sync for this app.

Deleting the app

Uninstalling NC Realty Exam removes the locally stored progress from that device.

Children

The app is a professional exam study aid. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
